TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands July 9 2018: Orca Exploration Group Inc. (“Orca” or the “Company”) today announced that W David Lyons has decided to step back as CEO for personal health reasons but will continue on in his capacity as Chair of the Board. At Mr. Lyons’ request Alan Knowles has agreed to act as Interim CEO and to avoid conflicts of interest will step down as the Chair of the audit committee and as a board member.
